Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 apples, peeled and chopped
2 c. sugar
1 box chopped dates
1 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. each cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix together the first 4 ingredients and let stand for 1 hour or until sugar is dissolved. Add the eggs, then the vanilla. Mix together the flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Add the pecans. Combine the two mixtures.
Mix to moisten. Bake in well-greased and floured Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or 2 loaf pans for 1 hour.
Freezes well.
