Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add salt and milk.
    Stir in as much flour as needed to make mixture hold or until it cleans bowl.
    Turn out on floured surface.
    Knead a few times.
    Roll out as thin as possible. The thinner the better.
    Use plenty of flour to prevent sticking to surface.
    Let stand for 2 hours or so.
    Cut into noodles.
    Cook in boiling broth or let dry completely and store in freezer in freezer bags.
