Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 heaping c. Rice Krispies
1 can coconut flakes
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet.
Mix beaten eggs and sugar well and then add to melted margarine, bringing to a boil.
Turn heat down and cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla, nuts and Rice Krispies.
Roll into small balls when slightly cool.
Roll in coconut.
Enjoy!
