Chile Verde(Pork With Green Chiles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean cubed pork
    1/4 c. water
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 can diced green chiles (Ortega, mild)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat slightly with garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Drain any grease off.
    Add tomatoes, chiles and water.
    Simmer 2 hours or until very tender.
    Serve in flour tortillas with cooked rice.
