Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    6 c. milk
    4 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan; add broccoli. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and set aside.
