Cotton Soft Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    5 lb. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 to 3 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the 1 1/2 cups warm water.
    In a large pot or pan, make a well in the flour.
    Add salt, oil, yeast, 2 or 3 cups warm water and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Do not make the dough too soft; sprinkle in more flour if necessary.
    Cover with a tea towel.
    Let rise for 1 to 2 hours, then mix again for 1 to 2 minutes.
    After another hour, repeat 3 times.
    One hour after the third mixing, make rolls or loaves using oil or shortening to coat dough all around.
    Let rise for 3 hours.
    Cook rolls for 20 minutes and loaves for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
