Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat milk; add butter and well beaten egg yolks.
Mix the sugar, cocoa, flour and pinch of salt together.
Stir into milk mixture and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add vanilla and pour into 9-inch baked pie shell.
Cool. Cover with meringue.
Brown in hot oven.
