Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 c. sugar
1/ c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil, and salt and heat until sugar dissolves.
Cool.
Pour over cabbage, green pepper and onion mix. You can keep in a covered jar in refrigerator for as long as a week.
