Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cream-style corn
2 c. tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. pitted whole olives
3/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. yellow cornmeal
3/4 c. Vita burger, soaked in 1 c. hot water for 15 minutes
Preparation

Boil the first nine ingredients for 20 minutes.
Stir often. Add next four ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
