Fresh Strawberry Chiffon Dessert - cooking recipe

1 envelope (4 serving size) low-calorie strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and crushed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. prepared low-calorie whipped topping
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in strawberries and lemon juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
