Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shell macaroni, cooked and drained
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. salami
2 oz. pepperoni
1 green pepper
1/2 jar olives
1 small onion
2 stems celery
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 small tomatoes
Preparation
-
Dice all ingredients, except shells.
Add spices, vinegar and oil.
Best if made night before use.
Refrigerate.
