Quick Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    With knife, cut shortening into biscuit mix until like coarse cornmeal.
    Stir in sugar, raisins and caraway seed.
    With fork, stir in milk until blended well.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate; spread smooth.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
