Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large thick pork chops
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 whole cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
Preparation

Brown chops on both sides.
Drain oranges.
Combine juice with remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
Cover and simmer gently for 45 minutes.
Stir in orange sections just before serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
Good with brown, wild rice.
