Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients together thoroughly; mixture may be soft.
    Form into small balls and cook in 1/4 lb. butter.
    When browned well, remove from pan.
    In butter remaining in pan, add 1/4 cup flour, and 1 pint sour cream.
    Stir well, scraping up all browned bits at bottom of pan.
    Add 1 teaspoon parsley.
    Return meatballs to pan and heat thoroughly.
    Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water to sauce if it's too thick.
