Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Summer sausage or Kielbasa, sausage, coarsely ground
    2 Tbsp. Flour
    2 Cup Milk
    14 Cup Half and Half
    6 -12 oz. Sauerkraut
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Preparation
    4 Brown sausage in a saucepan, stirring until crumbly. Stir in flour, cook until of a roux consistency, stirring constantly. Add the milk and half and half and mix well. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally stir in the sauerkraut and lemon juice. Cook over low heat for 5 to 140 minutes or until desired consistency.
