Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water or club soda
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth.
    Pour 3 full tablespoons of mixture into a hot Teflon or greased 6-inch skillet.
    Cook until firm, then turn over and cook for 30 seconds. It should look like a thin crepe.
    Makes about 18 shells.
