Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar, divided
1 c. butter flavor Crisco
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, butter flavor Crisco, eggs, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Gradually add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Mix just until blended.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
Roll balls of dough in mixture.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 or 8 minutes.
