Barbecue Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
chuck roast (size to suit family)
1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and marinate roast 2 to 3 hours.
Bake approximate time for size of roast.
Leave marinade in the roasting pan and baste as needed.
Slice and serve with marinade on the side.
May use sifted cornstarch to thicken to desired consistency.
Plan 4 ounces meat per person.
