Praline Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Stir together sugar, salt, soda, corn syrup and buttermilk. Cook over low heat without stirring to 236\u00b0, or soft ball stage. Move from heat and add vanilla and butter.
Let cool to 120\u00b0 and beat until creamy.
Stir in nuts and quickly drop by spoonful onto waxed paper.
