Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (7/8 oz.) packet chicken gravy mix
    rosemary sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 10 x 8-inch shallow baking dish. Arrange potatoes, slightly overlapping in single layer in dish. Mix cheese, bread crumbs, rosemary and pepper.
    In small bowl, stir milk and gravy mix until well blended.
    Pour evenly over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with crumb mixture.
    Bake 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and topping is golden.
    Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
