Hamburger And Rice Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. rice
    6 to 7 celery stems, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 pinches pepper
    1 pinch basil
    1 pinch mint
    2 cans chicken broth or turkey broth
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Rinse under warm water to get oil off.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Two choices, you can stuff or you can bake.
    If you bake, bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
    (Quick tip:
    You can use instant rice but only use one can of broth.
    Combine the broth when cooking instant rice.)
    Do not put cover on this dish when in oven.
