Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 pkg. crackers, crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Shape into a loaf about 9 x 5 x 3-inches and put in a loaf dish. Spread Heinz ketchup over top, if desired.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on Medium-high for 22 to 24 minutes or until no longer pink.
    Do not overcook.
    Allow to stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
