Banana Split - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 sticks butter/margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
4 medium bananas, sliced
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 large box Cool Whip
3/4 c. chopped nuts
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix margarine and graham cracker crumbs and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat eggs, butter and powdered sugar (no less than 15 minutes).
Spread over crust.
Cover with sliced bananas.
Cover bananas with No. 2 can crushed pineapple, well drained.
Cover all this with 1 box Cool Whip, then sprinkle 3/4 cup chopped nuts and top with maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate overnight.
