Corn Fritters Southern Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. cooked or canned whole kernel corn
Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs, milk and salad oil.
Stir in flour mixture, then corn.
Drop by tablespoon into fat heated to 365\u00b0 in deep fat fryer or fry in hot pan and turn once.
Makes 5 or 6 servings.
