Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. grits
    2 2/3 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    milk
    dash of cayenne pepper or paprika
    1 roll garlic cheese or 1 (6 oz.) Gruyere cheese (I use Gruyere cheese and add a dab of garlic spread)
Preparation
    Cook grits, water and salt for 5 minutes.
    Add margarine and cheese.
    Remove from heat and stir until dissolved.
    Beat 2 eggs slightly in a cup and then fill with milk.
    Add to grit mixture and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    A dash of cayenne pepper or paprika may be added.
