Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, saute in margarine
    1 can soup (cream of chicken, celery or mushroom)
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender (do not overcook).
    Chop after draining.
    Mix onion, soup, milk and Cheez Whiz.
    In casserole dish, put 1/2 of rice with 1/2 of soup/cheese mixture over it. Spread broccoli and rest of rice.
    Pour rest of soup/cheese mixture over rice and top with buttered bread crumbs (or crushed crackers).
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
