Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Save egg white.
    Put 1 package of rolls on bottom and press down.
    Pour mixture onto this.
    Put second package of rolls on top.
    Brush with egg white and water that has been beaten up. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    When taken out of oven, sprinkle with 10x sugar.
