Lemon Curd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. sugar
18 oz. butter
12 eggs, beaten
9 lemons
Preparation

Wipe lemons and grate the rinds.
Melt butter in a double boiler; add sugar, lemon juice and grated rinds.
Dissolve.
Add the beaten eggs and stir often until it thickens.
Pour into jars and cool.
Cover and keep in refrigerator.
