Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells
    1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked and deveined shrimp
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped scallions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    8 oz. King crab meat
    8 oz. pkg. natural Swiss cheese, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. dry white wine (Sauterne)
Preparation
    Combine crab meat, shrimp, cheese, celery and scallions. Divide equally between pie crusts.
    Combine mayonnaise, flour, wine and eggs.
    Pour equally over mixture in pie shells.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes until set.
    Serve with green salad tossed with artichoke hearts.
    Freezes well.
    Makes 2 pies.
    Each pie serves 4 to 6.
