Philly Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
1/3 c. milk
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat cream cheese, milk and chocolate over low heat; stir until sauce is smooth.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Serve over ice cream, cake or fruit.
Yields 2 cups.
This sauce can be reheated.
