Easy Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 c. hot milk
1 qt. tomatoes, mashed
1 Tbsp. chopped dried onion (optional)
Preparation

Make white sauce of margarine, flour, salt, milk, chicken seasoning, onion and celery salt.
Heat tomatoes to boiling; add white sauce slowly to tomatoes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Serves 8.
