Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. can tomatoes, well drained
4 oz. can diced green chiles
1 white or red onion, chopped
Preparation

Place in heavy saucepan over very low heat.
Cook slowly until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm with corn chips or tortilla chips.
Also it is a great accompaniment to potatoes, rice or beans.
