Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, cut
10 marshmallows, cut
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put rhubarb, marshmallows and sugar in shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
