Kneaded Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. honey
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan.
    Add sugar, milk, honey and salt.
    Bring to a boil; cover and boil 2 minutes.
    Uncover and cook, without stirring, until a small amount of the mixture dropped in cold water forms a soft ball (238\u00b0 on a candy thermometer).
    Remove from heat; add vinegar.
    Let stand until lukewarm.
    Then add vanilla and beat until thick and mixture loses its gloss.
    Add nuts and turn out on buttered plate.
    Let stand until cool enough to handle.
    Knead with fingers for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Shape into two rolls, each about 2-inches in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and slice when cool.
