Guamanian Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice, long grain
1 medium onion, cut into crescents
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic 'N Herb
1 Tbsp. butter
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables of any style
1 small can mushrooms
1/4 c. soy sauce (more or less)
Preparation

In a large frypan, saute onion and garlic in butter.
(My wife prefers nonfat cooking spray, which she uses if she's preparing this recipe.)
Add mushrooms and frozen vegetables.
I use the Oriental style.
Sprinkle Mrs. Dash over vegetables.
