Pikes Peak Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. new red potatoes (small ones)
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. heavy whip cream
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. swiss cheese shredded
Preparation
    Slice potatoes, place in 9 by 9 inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix whip cream with chicken broth, pour over potatoes.
    Bake covered for 30 minutes; then uncover and bake 30 more minutes, adding cheese the last ten minutes.
    Bake until golden brown.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
