Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. fresh or frozen spinach
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of freshly grated nutmeg
    2 envelopes instant chicken broth mix
    lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Use a blender.
    If spinach is fresh, clean and wash it and remove tough stems.
    Feed 1/3 of the spinach into blender with 1/4 cup water.
    Cover.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour into saucepan. Repeat until all spinach is blended.
    Add onion, salt, nutmeg, chicken mix and remaining water.
    Cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
