Peanut Buster Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 gal. ice cream
    1 jar hot chocolate sauce
    1 bag Spanish peanuts
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix crumbs and butter.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Then place ice cream over crumbs.
    Pour the jar of hot chocolate sauce over ice cream and layer the peanuts.
    Next put Cool Whip on and sprinkle a few cookie crumbs on top of the Cool Whip (then freeze).
    Cut into squares.
