Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. cashews
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
12 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine peas, cashews, celery, onion and bacon.
Add sour cream and toss to coat.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill well before serving.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
