Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Thaw spinach thoroughly and squeeze dry.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a greased baking dish (or Pam).
    Top with seasoned crushed croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
