Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Beat egg yolks, add condensed milk, lime juice and beat until thick.
Beat 1 egg white until stiff.
Fold into first mixture. Pour into baked pie shell.
