Meatball Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    4 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    To make meatballs:
    Mix well ground beef, crumbs, onion and egg.
    Add desired amount of salt and pepper.
    Shape into small meatballs.
    Fry meatballs in oil until brown.
