Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pinto beans
    3 slices bacon
    1 1/2 lb. chuck, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, split
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, undrained
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash beans.
    Cover with cold water and let stand, covered, overnight.
    Next day, drain.
