Grilled Three-Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 slices whole wheat bread
Preparation
    Process cottage cheese in food processor until smooth.
    Mix cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, celery, raisins and Parmesan cheese.
    Spread evenly on three pieces of the bread, topping with the remaining bread.
    Heat in skillet until cheese is melted. Makes 3 sandwiches.
