Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/4 c. Fruit Sweet
1 c. sliced pineapple in own juice (approximately 1 lb. 4 oz.)
16 walnut or pecan halves
1/2 c. Fruit Sweet
1/3 c. margarine
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine melted margarine and 1/4 cup fruit sweetener and spread evenly in 9-inch square or round pan.
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.
Arrange pineapple rings in pan. Arrange nuts around pineapple.
