Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 small bay leaf
    2 slices onions
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Simmer tomato juice, bay leaf, onions and salt together for 15 minutes.
    Add lemon juice.
    Strain mixture and add hot tomato juice.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Pour over lemon Jell-O.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Chill.
    Add celery.
