Easy Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small box strawberry jello
    2 qt. strawberries
    2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Precook pie shells as label instructs.
    Combine sugar and cornstarch; mix well.
    Add water.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and is bubbly.
    Remove from heat; stir in package dry jello.
    After dissolved, add berries and pour into 2 pie shells.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight, until jello is set.
    Add whipped topping and enjoy.
    Peaches may be substituted and add peach jello.
