Mother'S White Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 c. warm water
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Preparation

Mix together first three ingredients while potatoes are hot. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Grease pan and pour in mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
