Corned Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 large potatoes
    1 can corned beef
    1 large onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes and boil until tender.
    Add corned beef, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
    Cut up onion and add to mixture.
    Simmer about 15 to 20 minutes or until onion is tender. Delicious with fried cornbread.
