Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. left over mashed pinto beans
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix beans, butter, and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
    Do not preheat oven.
    Pinto beans should be cooked like you would cook them but not seasoned with ham.
    Can be baked as one pie.
